Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases made through realmary.com and govern your use of this site.

Ownership
This site and its content are owned and operated by Mary Murray, trading as Real Mary, based in Durban North, South Africa.

Copyright
All artwork, images, designs, and written content on this site are my own work and protected by copyright. Purchasing a print gives you ownership of that physical print, not the rights to reproduce, copy, or resell the design or images. Please don't use my work without permission.

Products
All prints sold are hand-carved, hand-pulled linocuts, made to order. As each one is made by hand, slight variations between prints of the same design are normal and part of the process.

Payment
Payment is processed securely via PayFast or Zapper. I don't store your card details.

Production and Delivery
Prints are made to order, so please allow 5 working days for printing and drying before dispatch. Delivery is via PostNet2PostNet or PostNet2Door, within South Africa only. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is handed over to PostNet. Delivery times vary depending on location.

Returns
As each print is made to order, I can't accept returns for a change of mind. Soz. If your print arrives damaged, I'll send a replacement.

Using this site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it fraudulently. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at my discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Liability
I make reasonable efforts to ensure product and site information is accurate but can't guarantee it's error-free at all times. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its products, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Termination
I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to this site for anyone who breaches these terms.
